Rarvin Ramma is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in the UK, with over 11 years of experience in auditing and financial management. He has held positions at prestigious firms like BDO and PwC, upholding high professional standards. Rarvin’s expertise ensures quality audits and rigor, with a diverse client portfolio that includes funds, multinationals, telecommunications, and notable UK-based professional services companies.
Poobalen Gopaulen, FCCA Managing Partner
Mr. Poobalen Gopaulen is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in the UK and serves as the signing partner of our firm. He oversees the audit and assurance departments and ensures quality control.With over 30 years of experience in accounting and auditing, he holds an auditor’s license from the Financial Reporting Council. Previously, he was a signing partner at Parker Randall Mauritius before joining P&R Associates.Mr. Gopaulen has conducted audits for various local and offshore companies with Global Business Licences and has extensive experience in the financial sector, along with specialties in manufacturing, distribution, and transportation industries.
Me. Priyadarshinee Sookar, LLB(Hons), LLM
Me. Priydarshinee Sookar, Barrister-at-Law, has an impressive educational background, holding a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Mauritius, a Graduate Diploma in Law from the University of Central Lancashire, and a Master of Laws in Bar Vocational Training from Northumbria University. She has gained valuable practical experience at the Attorney General's Office, De Speville-Desvaux Chambers, and Cowreea Chambers. Her expertise includes preparing constitutional submissions, conducting legal research, drafting documents, coordinating client meetings, advising clients, and engaging in legal arguments, demonstrating her capability in handling significant legal matters.
